About a month ago, I posted “A letter to the restaurant industry…but what if we could?”  This morning I watched the higly decorated veteran,  Danny Meyer, share his thoughts about the industry.  I quote from the segment “The restaurant model is broken…Now is the time to rethink everything about the model.”

This piece sheds light into what you probably didn’t know, exhaustive plans being deployed to welcome you back and thoughtful tactics to support his restaruant family.  If you’ve worked in the business or are a patron with a pent-up hunger for what was, it’s worth the watch….full transparency, I watched it 5 times in a row.
